What is Guidance? (Surah Fatiha)

Guidance is continuous.
It is not like knowledge , something that is acquired once.

Every decision we make at every point in our life requires guidance. Is it pleasing to Allah Ta'ala?
This is why we need to keep asking for it , in every salaat, in every rakaat , every day.

This is why we can be Aalim, Hafiz, Haaji and yet not have guidance.

Suffering and Divine Wisdom

How can one generalise that everyone was punished? We do not know individual cases.
We should avoid generalisations.

Allah does what He Wills, He does not answer to anyone.
Allah has mentioned in Quran that He has wiped out peoples before.

We all have to die one way or another. We will be raised based on our actions.
Children go straight to Jannah.
We do not know individual circumstances of adults afflicted. Cannot judge Allah!
If good people amongst bad, everyone affected by punishment.

Pain is necessary because so much benefit in it.
Would you condemn open heart surgeon for causing pain? No because we understand it is necessary. There is good pain and bad pain.
How did we react to this event? Did we send help?
Do we realise how temporary our existence is?
